Who we are
rapidgator.biz is an authorised reseller of Rapidgator.net premium accounts. We have been trading since 2016. Our website is https://rapidgator.biz and you can reach us at rapidgatorreseller@gmail.com.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We apply the standards set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to everyone who buys from us, wherever in the world you live.
What we collect
When you buy. Your email address. That is the only thing we need, because it is where we send your account details.
When you pay. Nothing. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal on their own systems. We never see, receive or store your card number, security code, bank details or PayPal password. We are told only that a payment succeeded and which plan it was for.
When you contact us. Your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write in your message.
When you leave a review. The display name you choose and the text of your review. Reviews appear on the site only after we approve them.
When you browse. Standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, which pages you viewed, and the site or search that sent you. This is collected through Google Analytics.
We do not ask for, and do not want, your postal address, telephone number, date of birth, or any identity document.
How we use it
- To send you the premium account you paid for
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To keep a record of orders so we can help if something goes wrong later
- To understand which pages and countries our visitors come from, so we can improve the site
- To detect and block spam and fraudulent submissions
- To remind you before your premium account expires, and to tell you about renewal offers
Renewal reminders and offers
If you have bought from us, we may email you shortly before your premium account is due to expire, so that you are not cut off without warning. These messages sometimes include a renewal discount.
We send these only to people who have actually bought from us. We do not buy email lists, and we never add anyone who has not purchased.
You can stop these at any time. Every such email carries an unsubscribe instruction. You can also simply reply with the word STOP, or email rapidgatorreseller@gmail.com. We will remove you within 48 hours and you do not need to give a reason.
Opting out of renewal reminders never affects your order emails or your support. If you buy from us again, you will still receive your account details as normal.
We have never sold, rented or traded customer information, and we will not.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site uses the following third-party services:
- Google Analytics 4 — visitor statistics. Google may set cookies to recognise a returning browser.
- Google Tag Manager — loads the services above.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — tells us whether an advertisement led to a sale. It does not tell us who you are.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-focused alternative to CAPTCHA, used on the review form to block bots. It does not track you across other websites.
- WordPress and caching cookies — required for the site to function.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Buying from us will still work.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, advertising retargeting networks, session recording, or heat-mapping tools.
Who else sees your information
- Stripe and PayPal — to process your payment, under their own privacy policies.
- Google — analytics and advertising measurement, as described above.
- Our hosting provider and Cloudflare — because your request has to reach a server.
That is the complete list. We do not pass your email address to Rapidgator.net or to any other company for their own purposes.
If we are ever required by a valid legal order to disclose information, we will comply, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
Order records, including your email address and what you bought, are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them in order to provide support, honour a replacement, and meet accounting obligations.
Contact form messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Analytics data is retained according to Google’s retention settings, currently 14 months.
You can ask us to delete your records sooner. See below.
Your rights
Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Send you a copy in a portable format
- Stop using it in a particular way
Email rapidgatorreseller@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge and we will not make it difficult.
Please note: if you ask us to delete your order records while your premium account is still active, we may no longer be able to help you if that account stops working.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Payment pages are hosted by Stripe and PayPal, not by us. Access to order records is limited to the person running the business.
No system is perfect. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.
Children
Our service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted there as well.
